It’s not a perfect loop. but also wasn't intended to be one.
There’s something endlessly satisfying about watching soft clay compress and distort beneath the tension of a rigid outer mesh. The push and pull between the two forms creates this hypnotic rhythm that’s hard to look away from. Maybe that’s just me.
What began as a bit of experimentation with dynamics inside Cinema 4D quickly evolved into something far more compelling. I set out simply to explore motion and interaction, but the process itself sparked new ideas and unexpected results. That’s what I love most about working in Maxon’s ecosystem. the freedom to play, experiment, and uncover visuals that feel both technical and organic at the same time.
This piece is a reflection of that curiosity: a study in tension, compression, and the beauty that can emerge from controlled chaos. Enjoy!
