Working for the agency EG+ I was responsible creating assets for the launch of TikTok at Gamescom for 2022.

The brief was to create a master brand video that would launch across tiktok and instagram, this would include videos from top gaming influencers on the platform starting the videos and then the animation would play. These videos were created in 5 languages with the creator video included. And then one without the creator was created for another 12 languages. Both formatted in 9x16 and 1x1 for tiktok and Instagram integration. This posed some challenges with safe areas and language lengths, but we found a way to make it work for every language. And at the same time keep the process of multiple languages and different video content easy to stay in control of and also to be easy to swap out for different age group versions and regions.
We were also tasked with creating a range of Announcement screens which would be displayed at the gamescom event. These ranged from speaker announcement screens to let people know who was speaking and when. Winner boards, Live Lower thirds for speakers, Live player interaction screens for gamers competing, and live scoreboards. All of this content had to be built to work seamlessly but be Live and easy to change and update very quickly at the event.
