SCAYLE – Product Showcase Films In collaboration with Gramafilm

I had the pleasure of collaborating with the incredibly talented team at Gramafilm — producers, designers, and animators — on this bold and visually rich project for SCAYLE. The goal: to create a suite of sleek, informative "how-to" videos that introduced their latest e-commerce innovations.

From the outset, I was deeply involved in shaping the visual identity of the series. My core responsibility was to build the 3D environments and deliver styleframes for each scene, setting the tone and direction before we moved into animation.

For the Storefront film, I led both the look development and animation. It was a full-sequence build that pushed creative problem-solving — from layout and design through to final animation. We rendered everything in Redshift, and after careful scene optimization, the process became lightning-fast and seamless.

In After Effects, I handled compositing, voiceover syncing, color correction, and final post-effects, ensuring every element tied together with polish and energy.

For the Panel segment, I developed and presented a range of styleframe options and scene builds before handing it off for animation. Meanwhile, the Discover What’s New at SCAYLE section presented an interesting technical challenge: isolating the speaker from the background via intricate rotoscoping, allowing graphics and product visuals to flow dynamically behind her — all executed using a blend of After Effects and Mocha.

This project was a true team effort, with a well-structured pipeline that allowed seamless sharing of 2D and 3D assets. Working with Gramafilm was an absolute highlight — a great synergy of design, technical craft, and storytelling that led to a high-quality delivery and a happy client.
